Introduction to the Five Key Leadership Practices (Fri, 1/25 2013, 6-9 pm; Sat,1/26, 9-5 pm) Church of the Redeemer, Chestnut Hill This event is the official launch of LDI 4.0. It will cover the 5 LDI Leadership practices: Public Narrative Relationships, Teams, Strategy, Action.
Monthly ON-SITE coaching clinics (time and location determined by team, February-May) The content of these clinics is dynamic and based on the challenges that the teams are facing. The general structure will be a team potluck meal, followed by worship and prayer, before shifting to teaching and group coaching. Each team will be assigned a coach who will facilitate the monthly meetings and check-in by phone with the team leader.
Celebration (Wednesday, June 5, 2013) All the teams will gather to celebrate and share their projects.
