Between November and January groups put together a team based on a shared sense of call around an urgent community need. The Nov. 17, 2012 “Taste and See” event supports teams in discerning this call and developing the relational skills to build a team. See the Calendar for event times and locations.
Teams submit an application by January 15, with at least 4 people committed to working with LDI through June. Please send all completed applications directly to Duncan Hilton.
Once accepted, teams:
- Attend an all-team 1.5 Day Training: Introduction to Leadership and Organizing Training (1/25-1/26, 2013)
- Attend on-site, monthly coaching workshops with a trained LDI coach (time and location at the convenience of the team, February through June)
- Undertake a spring mission campaign
- Consult with LDI coach once monthly via phone (4 times total)
- Attend an all-team Celebration (location TBD), June 2013
